Very unprofessional, don’t allow your love ones to participate in this program. The staff is ill equipped and rude. They are basically taking advantage of the Medicaid system, staff are not trained to deal with the population they are pretending to serve. Down to the therapist was rude and unprofessional. I’ve worked in social services for 10 years and I have had my share of bad experiences, poor communication and disrespect. It’s expected from certain clients, depending on the population and situation BUT a big red flag when the providers are just as nasty as the staff or the clients, at least the clients has an excuse. What is your excuse as a professional??? The director was nasty, the assistant or secretary was rude and dismissive. I never write a review, however someone need to say something about this place and I will also be contacting the department of labor.
