STRIVE was founded in East Harlem in 1984 and has gone on to change the lives of 75,000 graduates. With support from leading philanthropic and corporate partners, STRIVE’s programs helped those with the biggest barriers find a path to a career that changes everything. All Career Pathways being with STRIVE START, our signature three-week workshop (15 days) that provides the communication, social, and behavioral training people need to not only land a job, but to build a career. Our Health & Office pathway prepares you for a career in healthcare with lifelong access to a healthcare network and STRIVE’s support services. During training, STRIVE will provide you with a metro card and connect you with STRIVE employer partners. Our Construction & Maintenance pathway prepares you for a career in construction and maintenance with an OSHA 30 in Construction, Scaffolding, and Flagging. During training, STRIVE will provide you with a metro card. You will have lifelong access to all of STRIVE’s services.

Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM

I attended here some years ago before this organization you would never forget about once you start growing as a individual this program gives you multiple opportunities recognizes each student and push you to believing in your self as well the graduation we had was amazing they help recognize women help fathers people on child support or recent incarcerated individuals not sure how much changes they made here since I last attended some years ago but trust check it out and location is in Harlem Taino towers
