Please choose a different Presbyterian Hospital!!!!!!!!! If you can go anywhere else you should. They tried to take advantage of a sick patient and STEAL her jewelry. My 38 year-old sister came in to emergency room with issues involving her gut. Her jewelry was TAKEN by a NURSE and put into a bag DURING A SCAN. She stayed here for 7 days and upon discharge the staff (plural) tried to tell her she had no jewelry. Upon discharge she was told she didn’t come in with jewelry. After complaining she was only given back her ring. When me and my mother came to pick her up we had to THREATEN to call the POLICE to file a report and only when we said we will call the police all of her jewelry was returned by the security guard. No one knows why the security guard had her jewelry. They tried to keep 4 of her gold necklaces, 2 diamond bracelets. It’s disgusting these people TOOK ADVANTAGE of a sick patient. We are suppose to feel safe in hospitals, but apparently there are THIEVES that work here this includes the security.

My mother was hospitalized here for 90 days after a unsuccessful head tumor removal surgery that caused a BRAIN STEM STROKE. The surgeon said mother might not be able to do anything on her own anymore, and that if we want to take a difficult decision about her life, they can go ahead and do make it happen. The good thing about this hospital is the nurses which really care about you and your loved one. However they have a big amount of trainees so keep a good eye on your loved on, they do endless unnecessary physical exams - ESPECIALLY IN ICU - THEY TRAIN ON SUCTIONING WENT CONNECTED TO VENT, AND SHOUT AT YOUR LOVED ONE NON STOP for awareness exams. Basically training future doctors on your loved one. Security is very tight, non forgiving to anyone. I have seen people cry over their dying loved one. They needed to wait in line like anyone else. Overall, if I get run over right outside this hospital I would go to another one. They are extremely antisemitic, celebrate all religions holidays but not Jewish one. NOT COMING BACK.

The service, staff, even the food in the psych ward was nice. What wasn't nice was missing Respite housing the next day because the doctor took ALL DAY to get to me despite me having to check-in to Respite in the morning. It is inconceivable to me that the doc let go a guy who hadn't slept for 3 days after him sleeping for barely 6 hours, but took so long with me that I missed my check-in by 5 HOURS! I almost ended up homeless that night, the only thing they'd tell me at the hospital's reception was to go back to the same, unreliable care. Absolutely unbelievable, doctor, you're lucky that I'm not rich.

This hospital has somewhat good service and nice doctors but they can’t keep track of their patients and it takes them awfully long to get their patients a room. You could be severely sick and in pain and it’ll still take a while for you to get a room and actual medical help. This is highly unacceptable!

Am waiting almost 3 hours to be seen. People in the waiting rooms are yelling and mad at the poor and disgusting customer service. The bathroom was dirty and it smelled like someone was doing drugs in there. The receptionist was rude. They said they were busy but I saw people gossiping and doing everything else but working. I was in severe pain I let them know that.. this hospital will watch you die before they do something
