Went there with scheduled appointment. It was for my father’s visit, we went earlier than scheduled time. From the front staff to the attending doctor, everyone is super nice, very polite, treat you with extreme care and patience. Everything they did, detailed clerking, examination, referrals, blood work, EKG, medication, and next appointment scheduled. I am very happy and satisfied with the service. Most importantly heartfelt gratitude for their kindness and help towards our difficult situation. May God bless them, doctors, staffs and the owner. Highly recommended especially if you are uninsured and you need medical help. ….Honest Review..

I'm definitely not satisfied with the wait time here. They are socializing way too much with more than enough staff to keep thing's going but they seem to be focused on one patient more and keeping others in the examination room continuously waiting. Definitely not worth the visit. I can just imagine the wait time during the week. I came on a Saturday and it was open till 12noon but I had to leave for work and the only time I was seen was to check my blood, weight, height and temperature check. Definitely not worth the wait here. Expect that during your visit here fore sure.

I waited hours but I was a walk in so I can't complain. My mom always tells me, if you're going to the emergency room expect to be there 6 to 8 hours. If you're going to a clinic expect to wait about 4 hours if you're a walk-in. If you have an appointment expect to wait an hour. They were super friendly, EXTREMELY thorough and very helpful.

This place is Walton Family Health Center renamed. Google them. Very questionable business..Terrible they will make your condition worse. Never pick up the phone but require you to call. Attitudes. They really need new receptionist that actually do the job and stop hiring girls to flirt with while you wait and watch. I literally called while I was waiting because I always get "we have been busy" when I can't get through and walk in and watched the girl ignore the phone while texting and talking to her coworker in Spanish about nails. Constant misdiagnosis and wrong meds. Avoid this place if you want to be healthy. I have asked to speak to management and was brushed off before it shouldn't take a post that affects your public perception and shines light on truths that you suddenly want to be apart of a resolution and care about the patient. You want to help? Do your job in oversight. Hire professionals for execution and don't take for granted the intelligence of some of us that live in this low income community because our health is your bottom line and the general consensus of most of your reviews are you are doing us a disservice.
