Greatest and most Legit Agency! they hired me for a job two years ago. Initially the job was meant to be for six months but they kept extending my contract due to the pandemic, attendance and performance and it was one of the best experiences i ever had. During my tax prep appointment, their representative lost my ID. Later they said to me that another client walked away with it. This is flagrantly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I never permitted them to use my personal data in any way, especially sharing it with somebody. Besides that, such activity is very suspicious and could quickly be identity theft. Later when I came to pick up my documents their security guard said that they were closed for lunch. No one said anything to me about it when they called me. Alongside it was their fault that I needed to come back. So, I waited for an hour in the rain with other clients. This is unethical, disrespectful, and a completely wrong attitude. No one deserves to be treated like that. Horrible impression and the worst experience possible. I can’t recommend doing business with them.

I wanted to have them help me do my taxes but I needed to make sure they can work with my unusual tax situation. The people on the main tax info line couldn't answer my question so they referred me to the tax program manager, Gregory Blackmon. I have called and emailed him several times and even had the receptionist, Ms Gabriel, inform him by text that I was trying to reach him and had her leave my number with him so he could return my call and he never got back to me at all. I even asked Ms. Gabriel to have his supervisor call me and she didn't either. This company is useless and their staff is too. Don't know what these people get paid to do but it's not to do their job when they can't even return the phone calls and emails of people who need their services. Unbelievable. Never again would I deal with them. Look somewhere else to get your taxes done. They don't care.

I had an incredible time filing taxes for the first time at NMIC. Everyone was incredibly professional, kind and skilled to help with my case. Extra big shotout to Terell for his amazing work and patience, and Jorge for his additional help and expertise! Completely unprofessional, discriminatory and racist. They will lie and manipulate any legal process you have ahead of you. This is by far the most disrespectful experience I have ever had. You will wait months before getting a response and they will pull and bait and switch. DO NOT TRUST !!
