I went to the appointment scheduled at 6.30 pm; the day (18th of July) was a stormy day, subways were flooded and rain was really strong; my subway (Morris Park) was not accessible and I needed to walk 15 more minutes to the next station; for this reason, not out a whim; I arrived 20 minutes later; the ladies at the reception completely refused to either let me in or let me speak with someone; I am outraged and disgusted by this complete lack of respect, denial of health right and complete absence of flexibility, in a day when the whole city was in a chaos; I am considering to sue the clinic or the 2 ladies at the reception; if i don't have a case, I will make sure to let everyone know about my experience; the users of hospitals are potentially weak or sick people, they don't go to the hospital out of a whim, they go out of a need, probably; this is not the way to trat anyone, denying services, simply because for unforeseen reasons (strong rain and subway flooding) the person is 20 minutes late; if this were a movie theater, the client got late for any reason and the show already started, I could understand; but this is a hospital, not a movie theater; people who go there are usually patients, not clients; this way of treatment is in my opinion unacceptable;

Incredibly positive experience. They are all so willing to help. From the triages, registrars, to NPs - they worked hard to make me feel safe and okay (even after acting extremely paranoid/anxious). The mental health services are also just as great - kind, patient, and helpful.

Everyone should go to this clinic. They give every patient the same duration in regards to wait time, they're efficient, & work on a first come first serve basis. They don't charge for their services.

The wait is reasonable, my whole visit took two hours. The staffs are nice and willing to hear what questions you have. And it is a walk in.
