They operate in the middle of a residential neighborhood and are unbelievably loud, starting around 6am on most days. One woman gathers attention and brings the crowd to order by yelling as loud as she can. Good cause, bad location.

MRNY is the best organization I ever met. I have wonderful experience there. Their Bridge and CHW Programs are just woow!!! People there, especially my former instructors DON PORTOLESE, MAIBER SOLARTE and MONICA VILLALBA are wonderful and excellent and so helpful. They are just amazing teachers. They help you whenever you need. I strongly recommend for any services needed. Thank you MRNY

The front desk girl is so rude and impolite. She always has a bad face and answer you with a bad attitude. The other day I was there at 8:55am and I asked her how to get to my new class and she told me she couldn’t answer my question because her shift start at 9:00am.

The front desk ladies assist you but then forget about you. They have you waiting more than 20 minutes and if you don’t interrupt their conversation you might be here till closing. First time coming and bad experience.
