New Immigrant Community Empowerment (NICE) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable and precarious immigrant workers in New York, with a focus on day laborers, domestic workers, and newly arrived immigrants. NICE offer an extensive set of services, community organizing, and leadership development programs. NICE serves as a safer alternative for workers who solicit employment at day laborer street corners and fraudulent employment agencies, and who have little access to workforce development services. NICE operates a worker center for new immigrants, where workers can meet with potential employers, access workforce development, support services, and community organizing programs.

Located in Flushing, Queens, it's an organization that caters to the needs of immigrants, in particular spanish-speaking immigrants looking for construction work. Accessible by train (F and 7 trains) and also by bus.
