Don’t expect help from this place. They’ll leave you on hold for twenty minutes and hang up. I’ve had three therapists at this place, all of which left within three months, forcing me to start over. Been deadnamed loudly in the waiting room more than once. No management, no order, no sufficient care. It’s really disappointing and unacceptable.

Extremely poor customer service! I call leave emails voice mails and no one replies. My lab work was sent to them 3 times by mail they said they never received them. It was also faxed to them 3 times to the number they gave the labs and nothing. I still got charged for my visit and got absolutely no results. They say that services are free and then i get a bill in the mail for $900 they claim they will not use your insurance and do then tell you that your responsible for the bill like Ja-noy told me. On top of that they push exams like getting tested for chlamydia just to tell me that they lost the specimen and they want to do it again! I also received a bill for services they didn't even provide even provided and when i asked them about it they continue to disregard me. No one really knows what they are doing and everyone is pressure by the demands so they just do whatever they want at the cost of the consumer. I will be sending a letter to the CDC about the horrible experience i have had with this agency.

Horrible place. Stay away for your mental sanity.

Staff treats you like a number. Roach infested in dining area. Never answer phone or emails. The coldest staff I have ever dealt with
